From mounts to adaptors we can make a custom part or modification to suit your requirements. Returns We stand by our products and in the unlikely event your product develops a fault we will work hard to rectify this. From sending out replacement parts to replacing a whole unit, just get in touch and we'll try to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Returning an incompatible item We accept returns for items that are incompatible with your camera set-up. To avoid this situation we encourage customers to call or email us to discuss compatibility before a purchase. Any incompatible items will be refunded minus a 15% re-stocking fee as long as the item is in the condition it was supplied.
